Our Flexible Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is very flexible and allows our clients to be comfortable with booking with Voyalific. As such, If you request a cancellation 48 hours before your booking you will be refunded in totality. After that point and depending on the situation, it will be up to Voyalific to decide if a partial credit/refund or full refund is given.
Consumer Satisfaction Policy
Customer satisfaction is our chief concern, as such if you are unsatisfied with your tour, we ask that you contact us right away.
Bad Weather Policy
Should the weather not permit for the tour to be given, we will gladly accommodate you and reschedule your trip free of charge. We must, however, be notified at least 6 hours in advance.
