By telling us about yourself during your booking we are able to match you with the ideal Voyalific local. We will also match you with a Voyalific local who speaks your language.

We’ll meet you anywhere in the city! If you’re unsure where you’d like to meet your Voyalific local, our team will contact you and we can choose a location convenient for you together.

Absolutely, the Voyalific Local will be in touch with you before your Tour. We can communicate by email, phone, WhatsApp, etc. Whatever is easiest for you!

Our tours are always private tours, you will never be matched with other people.

Safe as can be! All our locals are carefully screened and interviewed in person by our staff.

The price you pay on Voyalific.com includes all taxes and is the Total price for your tour. Should you decide to do any paying activities with your Voyalific local or take public transportation, you will be responsible for those fees.

It’s possible that your bank may charge you an extra fee called a foreign transaction fee. If you are unsure of this fee, we recommend that you get in touch with your financial institution before booking your tour with Voyalific.

Yes, your payment information is absolutely secure on Voyalific.com, we use a SSL certificate to communicate your credit card information to our payment processor; Stripe, you may read more about Stripe security here: https://stripe.com/docs/security/stripe. Also, we never store any of your credit card information on any of our servers.

The Voyalific local will not need any proof of payment on your part.

We do not accept cash, unfortunately. You will have to pay for your tour using Voyalific.com/book

Prices on Voyalific.com are all in US dollars.

We have a pretty flexible refund/cancellations policy which includes a bad weather clause: You may read about it here

Booking a tour on Voyalific is very simple, visit our booking section, answer the form questions and pay for your tour. After that you will be contacted within 2 hours during regular business hours. Outside of business hours it may take up to 12 hours for us to get in touch with you. In the unlikely event that we do not contact you within 12 hours of your booking we ask that you get in touch with us at hello@voyalific.com or by phone at 1 (855) 300-2713 (Toll-Free in Canada & USA) or at +1 514-962-2519 if you are outside of Canada & USA.
